These terms govern your use of afroauthenticfoods.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an item was clearly mispriced. Orders are subject to stock availability — if an item goes out of stock between you paying and us picking, we'll refund that item.
Delivery
See our Delivery & Pickup page for full terms. In short: we deliver in 3-hour slots across Torbay and Devon, or ship UK-wide via cool-chain courier. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns Policy. Perishable and frozen items are only returnable if damaged or thawed on arrival.
Acceptable use
Don't try to hack us, spam us, or scrape the site. Don't impersonate anyone else. Don't try to place fraudulent orders. Standard rules of the internet.
Liability
We take responsibility for the food we sell and the service we provide. We don't accept liability for indirect losses beyond the cost of the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
