Afroauthentic Foods Ltd, registered in England, trading from 240 Union Street, Torquay TQ2 5QS. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under the UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses
- Order history and product preferences
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)
- Optional: dietary preferences, allergies, marketing opt-ins
How we use it
Only for the things you'd expect: processing your order, contacting you about it, sending your loyalty balance, and — if you've opted in — the occasional newsletter. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and your basket saved. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which products people look at.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can:
- Ask for a copy of your data
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of marketing at any time (link at the bottom of every email)
- Complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how we handle your data
